On the Leave Activity Summary Report (LASR) or MyLeaveBalances tool, "over max" activity is the number of hours that exceed the employee's maximum vacation accrual amount. The maximum vacation accrual for an employee is 24 times the full vacation leave rate. Please refer to the staff personnel policy for information regarding vacation maximum accrual and lost hours. |
